Cookie policy

The sencx.com website does not use cookies. The only thing it stores on your device is your choice about visit statistics, and it starts the statistics scripts only after you consent.
This policy explains what that means in practice. It was prepared by ALIAX IT sp. z o.o., which runs the website, in accordance with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.
This document is a translation of the Polish original. In case of any discrepancy between the versions, the Polish version prevails.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads on later visits. Other technologies work in a similar way: browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), tracking pixels, and scripts and plug-ins from other companies that read information from your device or send it on.
Such technologies are used, for example, to remember settings, to collect visit statistics or for advertising.
2. What the sencx.com website stores and reads
The website sets no cookies. It stores only one piece of information on your device: your choice in the consent banner. Visit statistics run only with consent. The table shows which technologies we checked.
| Technology | Does the website use it | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Website cookies | No | The website sets no cookies, not even to remember your language. |
| Cookies from other companies | No | The pages contain no scripts, plug-ins or embedded content from other companies that set cookies. Vercel statistics use no cookies. |
| Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) | Yes, one entry | The “sencx-zgoda” key in localStorage: your choice (consent or refusal) and its date. It is needed so that we do not ask for consent on every page, and it is not sent to the server. We will ask again after 12 months. |
| Visit and page speed statistics | Only with your consent | Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.): scripts loaded from the website's own domain read the page address, the previous page address (referrer), device type, operating system, browser and loading speed measurements in your browser and send them to Vercel. The script may read browser storage, but the website does not use any feature that writes to it. Without consent they are not loaded. |
| Pixels and marketing tools | No | We do not run advertising based on user behaviour. |
| Fonts, maps, videos and plug-ins from external servers | No | Fonts are served from the website's own server. The pages do not embed maps, videos or social media plug-ins. |
How the website recognises your language
The language follows from the page address. The Polish version is at addresses without a prefix, and the English version at addresses starting with /en. The language switcher takes you to the corresponding address, so the website does not need to remember anything.
3. Consent to statistics and how to change it
Reading information from your device for statistics requires consent (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). That is why, on your first visit, we show a banner with two equal buttons: “Reject” and “Accept”. Until you click “Accept”, the statistics scripts are not loaded.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time: click “Privacy settings” in the footer of any page. After you withdraw consent, the page reloads without the statistics scripts. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Storing your choice in browser storage is necessary to remember your decision, so it does not require separate consent. How we process statistical data is described in the Privacy policy.
4. Technical data at the hosting provider
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the server, as with any website, for example your IP address and information about your browser (user-agent). The hosting provider, Vercel Inc., records it in server logs. This data is not a cookie and is not stored on your device.
How we process this data, for how long and who we share it with is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Links to other websites
The website contains links to other websites, for example aliaxit.com or uodo.gov.pl. Once you go to them, the cookie rules of those websites apply.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser
Our website sets no cookies, but other websites may. In your browser settings you can:
- check and delete stored cookies and site data, including the entry with your choice in the banner (after you delete it, we will ask again),
- block all cookies or only cookies from other companies,
- use private browsing mode, after which the browser deletes the cookies from that session.
You will find a description of these settings in your browser's help pages.
7. Contact and changes to this policy
Send questions about this policy to contact@aliaxit.com.
If we change the statistics tools or the scope of data collected, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent again.
