Accessibility statement
- Effective from:
- Last updated:
ALIAX IT sp. z o.o. wants the sencx.com website to be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.
This statement applies to the Polish and English versions of the sencx.com website.
This document is a translation of the Polish original. In case of any discrepancy between the versions, the Polish version prevails.
1. The standard we aim for
We design and develop the website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
ALIAX IT sp. z o.o. is a microenterprise. The Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with the accessibility requirements of certain products and services by economic operators does not apply to services provided by microenterprises (Article 4 point 1), so the website is not subject to its requirements. We apply WCAG 2.2 voluntarily.
2. Compliance status
The sencx.com website is compliant with WCAG 2.2 at level AA. This applies to the Polish and English versions of all pages of the website, including the contact form and the legal documents.
We are not aware of any content that is inaccessible. If you still come across a problem, report it as described in section 4.
Assessment method
We carried out the assessment ourselves (self-assessment) on 26 September 2026: code review, an automated test (axe-core), and manual testing of keyboard operation, focus visibility and focus not being obscured, colour contrast, zoom up to 400% (320 px width), text spacing and the reduced motion setting, in Chrome on a desktop computer and in a phone view.
We checked the statistics consent banner, added on 29 October 2026, on that day by code review and manual testing: focus order and focus movement, content not being covered, and the phone view.
This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026.
3. Accessibility features
We design the website to provide:
- a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page,
- keyboard operation with a visible highlight on the active element,
- a structure of headings and page regions (header, main content, footer) that screen readers can read,
- breadcrumbs, that is a navigation path, on subpages,
- the ability to enlarge text in the browser without losing content,
- reduced animation when the reduce motion setting is enabled in your system,
- a contact form with labelled fields and error messages next to the fields, without a CAPTCHA test,
- a consent banner for statistics whose “Reject” and “Accept” buttons work with the keyboard and which does not cover page content,
- a language marker on every page, so that screen readers read it with the correct pronunciation.
4. Reporting problems and requesting an accessible format
If something on the website is not accessible to you, write to contact@aliaxit.com. Give the page address and describe the problem.
You can also ask for content in another format, for example as plain text in an email.
We review every report and reply to the address it was sent from.
5. Contact
ALIAX IT sp. z o.o. is responsible for the accessibility of the website. For accessibility matters, write to contact@aliaxit.com.
